Order Processing and Shipping Information:

All orders are processed for shipment within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday from our facilities excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed after 8 am PST on a weekday, it will be shipped the following business day. For orders placed after 8 am PST on a Friday, shipment will likely occur on the next Monday after the weekend, excluding holidays. Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.

High-Volume Order Season Policy (November through January)

During the year-end holiday season, processing and shipping times may require an additional 3 to 7 days beyond the standard timeframes outlined in our policies. Please rest assured that our team is working diligently to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details sent to the email provided during checkout.

Please note that we only use the best shipping methods for delivery which is door-to-door. Any duties and taxes due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
